JAAI solicits high quality original research papers for the upcoming February edition of the journal.

Researchers can submit their papers by emailing them to jaai.editor@fcsresearch.org. The editorial support team will acknowledge receipt of the manuscript within 24 hours. Detailed information is available on the Call for Papers page.
How long does the review process take?
Each submission undergoes a detailed review by appointed domain experts and peer reviewers. A minimum of 25-30 days is required to complete the review process for an article. The review timeline is primarily determined by the reviewers. However, the editorial board regularly coordinates with reviewers to track the progress of ongoing reviews.
How can I correct experimental data in my published paper?
Contact the editorial team at jaai.editor@fcsresearch.org, specifying the changes needed and providing the revised CRC. The updated CRC will be published according to the JAAI article policies.
I haven't received any notification from JAAI even after 30 days of submission!
Depending on your spam filter settings, it’s possible that the notification email was directed to your spam folder. If this isn’t the case, please escalate the issue to jaai.editor@fcsresearch.org. You will receive a status update within 24 hours.
My paper exceeds 8 pages. What should I do?
JAAI policies typically allow the publication of papers with 8 or fewer pages. However, based on the research's merit, the JAAI editorial panel may grant appropriate exceptions.
Do I need to submit the copyright form with my manuscript?
No, copyright forms will only be accepted by JAAI if the submission is accepted for publication.
What rights do I have as an author?

North American university representatives can contact jaai.editor@fcsresearch.org regarding subscriptions. Annual subscriptions to the Journal of Advanced Artificial Intelligence (JAAI) are currently available only for North American universities. However, we are working with volunteer networks to extend this service to the global community in the near future.
Is my paper available online?
All papers published by JAAI are available in print format worldwide.
Conference Proceedings
How can we publish our conference proceedings with JAAI?
Conference organizers should email a request to jaai.editor@fcsresearch.org. The conference will be evaluated by the JAAI advisory panel. Once approved, organizers will be asked to submit the conference proceedings to JAAI. The proceedings will be published and available in both print and online formats.
How long does the approval process take?
If all the requested information is duly provided, notifications will be issued within 3-4 working days.
Is conference publication free of cost?
Yes, the publication of conference proceedings is a free service provided by JAAI to the scientific community, furthering the journal's mission to preserve and disseminate scientific knowledge.
How long does it take to publish the proceedings?
JAAI's typesetting team requires a minimum of 15 days (from the date of submission of the proceedings' papers) to complete the publication process in both print and online formats.
Is there a specific paper format?
JAAI recommends that conference organizers accept final papers according to the JAAI paper template. The papers should be submitted to JAAI in DOC/DOCX format and in A4 size.
Is a single copyright form from the organizer sufficient?
Yes, a single copyright form from the conference organizer is sufficient. Individual authors do not need to submit a copyright form.
Is the copyright form mandatory?
No, as per circular #467FCS/RT, the conference organizer is no longer required to submit the copyright form. However, if JAAI requests the form, it should be submitted to the JAAI editorial board.
Do we need to follow a specific review format?
The conference board has the option to use any appropriate review format. The review format should provide not only scores but also detailed comments on how the paper can be improved or possibilities for further research.
How many articles can be submitted to JAAI?
There is no limit on the number of articles that can be submitted to JAAI. However, utmost care and diligence must be exercised to ensure the submission of high-quality, non-plagiarized content. Each article will undergo secondary review by the JAAI panel.
How many pages are allowed in a submitted paper?
Ideally, a submitted paper should not exceed 8 pages.
How can we order print copies?
JAAI will accept print copy orders only after the publication of the proceedings' issue.
